Spencer McIlmurray joined The Henson Group, Inc.’s advisory board at the beginning of 2003, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience as a senior operations executive at Fortune 500 companies such PanAmSat Corp., Avon Products Inc., The Gartner Group Inc., and Kraft Foods Corp. Since its launch in 2000, THG has pursued an aggressive growth track, launching operations and signing partnerships in several countries worldwide. Mr. McIlmurray’s expertise is now critical in devising strategies to reinforce THG’s existing global operations, and further the company’s growth. Before his arrival at THG, Mr. McIlmurray served as senior vice president of PanAmSat, the leading global provider of satellite telecommunications and broadcasting services. Prior to PanAmSat, Mr. McIlmurray held various senior management positions at Avon Products, Gartner Group, and Kraft Foods. In each of these position, he was responsible for both domestic and international operations and support units. Residing in Darien, Connecticut, Mr. McIlmurray holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University and received his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College. |
