Spencer Bautista is Vice President of Finance and Director of Human Resources at Cardon Healthcare. In these capacities he developed the company's first formal budget and variance report system, built the FTE Profitability Model, designed and implemented the company's compensation plan, and executed the initiative to switch from a fully-insured to self-insured benefits model. Mr. Bautista holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and was a member of the Investment Banking Club, BYUSA Student Council, and Honors Program. In concert with his academic experience, he also gained valuable work experience as a Senior Loan Office, Intern at Merrill Lynch, and Office Manager at a Law Firm. |
