Ms. Vermeys is Of Counsel in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Gaming, Securities & Corporate Finance and Real Estate groups. Based in the firm’s Las Vegas office, she practices primarily in commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate matters and business mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her experience handling transactional matters, Ms. Vermeys assists clients with Nevada gaming and liquor law issues, including regulatory compliance and licensure. She also represents individuals and businesses before regulatory agencies such as the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Nevada Gaming Commission, Clark County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board, and City of Las Vegas. |
