For 22 years Solomon Merkin has held numerous positions with Leib Merkin Inc. a private investment company focused on investing in private and public companies. Previously he was a credit analyst at IDB Holding Corporation Ltd. a diversified investment and financial holding corporation.
Mr. Merkin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pace University. He has been an OSG Board member since 1989 and is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. |
