Ms. McAllister has been a partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P.C. since July 2005. She previously served as the Corporate Diversity Counsel practice group chair and in the public law and policy strategies group of the Washington, D.C. law firm of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, LLP from 2003 to July 2005. She was previously a partner at Patton Boggs LLP, a Washington, D.C. law firm, from 2001 to 2003. She serves on the Board of Directors of United Rentals, Inc.
Ms. McAllister has served as a Director of Interstate Power & Light Co. (or predecessor companies), Wisconsin Power & Light Co. and Alliant Energy Resources since 2001. Ms. McAllister is Chairperson of the Compensation and Personnel Committee. |
