BACKGROUND: Simone grew up in Tampa, Florida and obtained her B.A. in Biology from Baylor University in 1994, her M.S. in Microbiology from University of South Florida in 1997, and her J.D. from University of Florida in 2000. Simone concentrates her practice in commercial real estate including development of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, representation of borrowers and lenders in mortgage and asset based financing, office leasing and financing, and acquisition and disposition transactions.
