Fraser is a partner with Fraser & Allen, LLC. A graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of South Carolina School of Law, he has been a practicing attorney since 1978, specializing in real estate and business law. Since moving to the island in 1965, he has been involved in numerous organizations, including Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services Commission, the Hilton Head Island Land Bank Commission and the Better Business Bureau of Hilton Head Island. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Heritage Classic Foundation, which sponsors the MCI Heritage PGA golf tournament, and is a member of the Beaufort-Jasper Commission on Higher Education. |
