Mr. Simon Anderson has been a Director of the Company since July 23, 2004. Mr. Anderson has been a partner and Vice President of MCSI Consulting Services Inc. from 1996 to present. Mr. Anderson is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator and from 1994 to 1996 was a partner with BDO Dunwoody, an international accounting and consulting firm, where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions and valuations. Mr. Anderson was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in British Columbia in 1986. He has also been a member of the Canadian Institute of Charter Business Valuators since 1990. In addition, Mr. Anderson is a director and/or Chief Financial Officer of four other public companies. |
