Simon F. Cooper is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and an executive officer of its parent company, Marriott International, Inc. ("Marriott"), Bethesda, Maryland, a worldwide operator and franchisor of hotels and related lodging facilities.
