Previously Mr. Vanaselja was executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Canada International Inc. (BCI) where he was responsible for directing BCI's financial management and planning including the company's initial public offering in 1997. Prior to joining BCI in August 1996 Mr. Vanaselja was Vice-President Taxation and an officer of BCE.
Before joining the BCE group in February 1994 Mr. Vanaselja was a partner at the accounting firm KPMG Canada in Toronto.
Mr. Vanaselja is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He also serves as a member of the Conference Board of Canada's National Council of Financial Executives and the Corporate Executive Board's Working Council for Chief Financial Officers.
Mr. Vanaselja holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University and became chartered accountant in 1982. |
