Sigmund Balaban served as Senior Vice President / Corporate Secretary, of Fujitsu General America, Inc. of Fairfield, New Jersey, from 2000 until July of 2001 when he retired. Prior to that time, Mr. Balaban was Vice President, Credit of Teknika Electronics beginning in 1986 and served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Teknika Electronics beginning in 1992.
