Sidney R. Brown is vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and has served as a director, treasurer and secretary since 1990. He also is a director of the Bank.
He currently is the acting president and CEO of the Bank.
Mr. Brown is the chief executive Officer of NFI, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates. NFI has a national scope, servicing its customers' transportation, leasing, distributing, warehousing, third party logistics needs. Mr. Brown is a general partner of various real estate companies having extensive holdings with emphasis on development and management of commercial and industrial real estate.
