SHERYL counsels clients on commercial business and finance concerns, placing additional emphasis on general corporate law and public law and finance. She represents clients negotiating domestic and international financing, and in matters of intellectual property licensing, domestic and foreign contracting for the sale of goods and services.
Sheryl is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She was an attorney in the law offices of Guy, Mentzer & Towne from 1980 to 1985 and served as associate counsel with AmeriTrust from 1985 to 1992. She began her tenure with Calfee in 1996. |
