Ms. Wilson serves as Chief Operating Officer. She was founder and CEO of Wilson Corporation specializing in Worker’s Compensation financial risk management for national self insured employers.
She also was Co-Founder and on the Board of Directors for eStellarnet, the first B2B, Internet-based hub connectivity system for the property and casualty and disability markets which was sold to Hartford Insurance Company. Ms. Wilson also served as Senior VP of eStellarnet where she was responsible for B2B commerce.
Ms. Wilson implemented the nation’s first Workers’ Compensation health care provider network electronic bill submission and payment connectivity with a large Self Insured employer and Bank of America.
Her B2B client consulting has included national insurance leaders such as Hartford, Travelers, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cambridge, Royal Sun Alliance, Aetna, All State, State Farm, California, Texas, Nevada State Funds and Self Insured Employers.
Ms. Wilson has served on the Board of Directors of the Diablo Valley Industrial Claims Association, National Safety and Disability Association as well as the National IAIABC Insurance task force for healthcare electronic data interchange (EDI). She is a sought after educator in the insurance industry for e-commerce. Ms. Wilson currently sits on the State of California’s Electronic Bill and Payment Task force which is responsible for defining the Workers’ Compensation business rules for electronic bill and payment transactions. Ms. Wilson currently serves on the State of Texas and California’s Electronic Bill and Payment Task forces which are responsible for defining the Workers’ Compensation business rules and ANSI X12 transaction sets for electronic bill and payment transactions. Also Ms. Wilson serves as the Co Chairman of the IAIABC Medical Subcommittee for E- Bill and Payment Processing. |
