Sherry D. Coley is a member of the Labor & Employment, Litigation and Media Law practice groups, and practices in the Green Bay office. She is engaged in a broad-based employment law practice, representing both public and private employers in matters before equal rights agencies, arbitrators and federal and state courts. Her practice involves advising employers on a variety of employment issues, such as non-compete agreements, terminations, FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour matters. Sherry also maintains an active litigation practice dedicated to the representation of business/employer interests in a variety of employment and commercial disputes. She has recently joined the Media Law group and her practice focuses on defamation, privacy and access cases. Sherry earned her law degree at Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette University Law School, Sherry competed on the cyberlaw and patent law teams of the Moot Court Board. She completed her undergraduate education at Drake University, graduating magna cum laude and with honors, in political science and international relations. Sherry speaks French. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bars of Wisconsin and Georgia.
