Ms. Lucas was appointed Vice President of Marketing at Thermage Inc. on March 1 2005. With nearly 15 years of marketing experience in B2B and B2C driven companies she will focus on expanding the well-established Thermage brand among current and prospective customers and growing consumer awareness of its products. Prior to joining Thermage Ms. Lucas was Marketing Director of Ocular Sciences Inc. As a senior member of the marketing team at Ocular Sciences she managed the $100 million U.S. contact lens business that represented one-third of the company's total revenue. During her time at Ocular Sciences Inc. Ms. Lucas spearheaded the successful turnaround of the Biomedics brand. Prior to Ocular Sciences she held marketing management roles of escalating responsibility at Oral-B Laboratories a Gillette Company. At Oral-B she was responsible for the U.S. launch and international rollout of CrossAction Oral-B's premiere toothbrush line. Before this role she also held a variety of management level positions with Sterling Design and Great American Broadcasting Company. Ms. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marshall University and an MBA from New York University. |
