Sheridan B. Westgarde: Mr. Westgarde was appointed to the Board of directors March 27, 2003. As a C.A.S. Tech. graduate of UCC British Columbia and a recognized specialist in the robotics and automation industry, Mr. Westgarde has been extensively involved in the design and development of the TigeroLynk(TM) manipulator technology. In addition, Mr. Westgarde has valuable knowledge and experience in the Oil and Gas industry, providing his technical expertise in down-hole tool management and implementation. Mr. Westgarde does not sit on the Board of any other public company. Mr. Westgarde dedicates approximately 90% of his time to Aquatic.
