As a Senior HR Leader of a multi-facility healthcare system Shelly developed strong and trusted HR partnerships with operational and executive leaders. Shelly acted as a key player with various organizational initiatives including: JCAHO, the Malcolm Baldridge Award and Magnet Status . Shelly also executed a pay and performance management program and coordinated a system-wide HR consolidation to one common HRIS system within the organization.
