Shellie joined The Brenner Group in 2005, and has more than 15 years of financial management experience in manufacturing operations within both early and late stage technology firms. Shellie has demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in improving accounting function efficiencies, streamlining revenue recognition processes, implementing accounting software systems and managing accounting departments. She has also been involved with mergers and acquisitions and the establishment of strong policy controls via best practice policies and procedures. Prior to joining The Brenner Group, Shellie was Corporate Controller for Esilicon Corporation of Sunnyvale, CA. She also held controller positions at SCM Microsystems, Inc. and C-Cube Microsystems. In addition, Shellie worked in a variety of accounting positions at Alliance Semiconductor, EXAR Corporation and Asyst Technologies. Shellie received her M.B.A. in Finance from Santa Clara University and a B.S. degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. |
