Shelley Singhal currently serves as managing director and executive vice president of SBI USA, a position he has held since 2001. Prior to SBI USA, Singhal was managing director of corporate finance at Roth Capital Partners, joining the firm in 1995. He was responsible for several areas within Roth, including its E-Commerce Group from 1995 to 2000 and serving as manager of Roth Capital Partners Bridge Fund. He has a broad base of experience in corporate finance and commercial lending, including public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, debtor in possession financing and restructuring. He was formerly associated with firms with a focus on high yield securities and transactions involving out of court and Chapter 11 restructurings. Prior to investment banking, Singhal served the commercial lending market with Foothill Capital, Inc. His career experience also includes Heller Financial and highly leveraged transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Seaver College at Pepperdine University. |
