Shelley C. Jennings is the Treasurer of WGL Holdings Inc. and Washington Gas Light Company. Ms. Jennings is responsible for maintaining and developing the relationships with commercial and investment banks. She directs the company's financial planning and determines the form amount and timing of securities issuances. Additionally she oversees the performance of the company's procurement function including the establishment of policies for managing vendor relationships and contracting.
Ms. Jennings began her career with Washington Gas in 1978 and has held progressively responsible positions in Finance and Accounting. She also managed customer meter reading and billing.
Ms. Jennings earned her M.B.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. in Political Science from Wake Forest University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of The Association for Investment Management and Research and a director of The Washington Society of Investment Analysts. |
