Sheli Z. Rosenberg, 64, has been a Trustee of the company since March 1993 and Lead Trustee since December 2002. Ms. Rosenberg has been an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University from January 2000 to March 2003 and the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University since April 2003. She was Vice Chairman of Equity Group Investments, LLC, an investment company ("EGI LLC") from January 1, 2000 to March 2003, at which time she retired, and Chief Executive Officer and President of EGI LLC from January 1, 1999 to January 1, 2000. From November 1994 until 1999, Ms. Rosenberg had been Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of EGI. Ms. Rosenberg had been a principal of the law firm of Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C. ("R&L"), from 1980 to 1997. Ms. Rosenberg is a trustee of Equity Office Properties, an publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on the office building sector, and is a director of Capital Trust, Inc., a specialized finance company ("Capital Trust"), Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (formerly Manufactured Home Communities, Inc. ("MHC"), a public manufactured home community company, Ventas, Inc., a public real estate company focusing on the ownership and acquisition of health care properties, CVS Corporation, a drugstore chain, and Cendant Corporation, a provider of business and consumer services primarily within the real estate and travel sectors. |
