Sheila joined San Diego’s largest personnel staffing firm in 1973 and enjoyed success both as a Consultant and subsequently as Office Manager.

Sheila and Michelle developed a strong friendship and realized that they shared a vision to create a search organization founded on principals of integrity and excellence in service. In 1982 they formed Ryan-Allen & Associates, Inc., selecting the combination of their maiden names as the hallmark for their future together.

For the past 20 plus years Sheila has specialized in the recruitment and placement of Banking and Financial Services professionals. She has established many successful long-term business relationships within the southern California finance community.

Her personal time is spent with family and friends. She is an avid walker and enjoys working on her needlepoint. She continues to support her favorite charity, the San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital Auxiliary, which she has served as Board Member and Secretary for over 12 years.
