Shehryar Wahid has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since February 1, 2007. From approximately September 2006 through January 2007, Mr. Wahid acted as a consultant to the Company. Mr. Wahid has over the last 16 years held various executive level positions in finance and operations in the telecommunications and logistics industries, and has worked both as an auditor, for the Financial Services Group at Ernst & Young, and as a controller and chief financial officer for a number of telecommunications companies. Mr. Wahid holds a Chartered Accountancy Designation from Canada and has substantial knowledge of U.S.-based GAAP reporting requirements. Mr. Wahid received a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and a Business Degree from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business. |
