Shawn Mohr joined On Assignment in May, 2004, as President of the Local Healthcare Division. Mr. Mohr was subsequently promoted in August, 2004, to President of On Assignment Healthcare Staffing (Includes Nurse Travel, Allied Travel, Local Healthcare and Health Information Management). Before joining On Assignment, Mr. Mohr served from 2001 to 2003 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for RemedyTemp, a staffing organization with over $500 M in revenues and recently acquired by Select Personnel Services. During 2000, Mr. Mohr was a Senior Vice President of Marketing for Opus360, a provider of vendor management software for acquiring and managing skilled professionals across the labor supply chain. Opus360 raised $150.3 M in capital through venture partners and a successful IPO in April, 2000. From 1997 to 2000 Mr. Mohr served as Vice President, Kforce Scientific, and was the initial person hired to develop the Scientific Staffing Division within Kforce Professional Staffing, a publicly-traded nationwide staffing company with revenues exceeding $800 M. Mr. Mohr began his career in the staffing industry with On Assignment in 1997 serving as Manager of Operations focusing on sales and recruiting training programs.
Mr. Mohr has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Minor in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
