Shawn Callahan is the Chief Financial Officer of Carpathia Corporation. Shawn's background is diversified and includes significant experience in high growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, finance, operations, project management and process improvement. As Chief Financial Officer, Shawn directs the financial goals and missions of the company, identifies and procures financial resources for the company, and allocates those resources within the context of the budget. He also oversees the internal and external reporting requirements of the organization, as well as the IT organization, facilities, corporate real estate and development. Shawn's professional career began in the Philadelphia office of Price Waterhouse. During his tenure there, he managed audit engagements such as New Holland, N.V. and Quaker Chemical Corporation, and worked on numerous acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings and other special projects. He has served in varying accounting, finance and operational roles throughout his career, including Audit & Accounting Manager, Controller, Director of Operations and VP of Financial Operations & Analysis. As Vice President of Financial Operations & Analysis for InSight Health Corp., Shawn played an instrumental role in over $200 million in acquisitions over a four-year period. He also has significant operational experience, serving as Regional Director of Operations for a $40 million region of the largest integrated national imaging provider. Shawn received his BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton. |
