Shaun is an experienced corporate restructuring and reorganization specialist who for more than15 years has held executive officer positions within industry and advised Boards management teams and creditors of financially and operationally distressed companies. He has managed all aspects of the financial restructuring process including developing business plans performing valuations raising replacement capital asset dispositions and structuring and negotiating plans of reorganization. The scope of his experience spans numerous business sectors including engineering and construction metals and mining manufacturing automotive transportation and distribution.

Prior to joining Huron Shaun was a Principal of Glass & Associates Inc. While there he led the successful turn-around of numerous businesses.
Earlier in his career while employed in industry Shaun held several senior management positions including Senior Vice President and Treasurer of a $1.6 B publicly traded engineering and construction company and Director within the corporate development group of a fortune 500 medical distributor.

Engaged as the exclusive financial advisor to this $250 M publicly traded producer of soda ash and calcium chloride. Led the Company through its discussions with creditors and negotiated a pre-arranged Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. The Company emerged from Chapter 11 in less than 90 days.
Matrix Service Company
Glass was retained as Chief Restructuring Advisor to this $400 M publicly traded construction and fabrication company. Shaun led the team responsible for evaluating the operations of the Company and developing the out-of-court restructuring plan. The Company's equity value has increased over 300% since its restructuring.
Dick Corporation
Restructuring Advisor to Dick Corporation a $1.5 B private contractor. Advised Company on strategic and restructuring alternatives. Effort focused on determining long-term liquidity requirements claims management and negotiations with creditors and surety
