Sharonda graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a double degree in Biology and Respiratory Care. She is an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner with a strong background in Project Management. During the course of her career she has developed and managed several educational programs for large scale HMOs, managed community outreach projects, and coordinated pharmaceutical studies for Morehouse School of Medicine. Mrs. Phillips served as Clinical Coordinator at Idamar Enterprises, a NJ based healthcare consulting firm, before joining the team at Care Connexions. While at Idamar Enterprises, Mrs. Phillips trained medical personnel on NCQA guidelines and HEDIS requirements and conducted QARR and HEDIS audits in NY, NJ, and PA. She is an active affiliate in the Association of Allied Health Professions of New Jersey and the American Association for Respiratory Care. |
