Sharon L. Wardlaw has served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company since 1994. In July 2006, she was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She also currently serves as the President of Dextran Products Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. Since joining the Company in 1984, she has been employed in various capacities. |
