Ms. Munroe has over 15 years experience in the Human Resources Management industry with a focus on managed health care and compliance. She joined Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. in 1997 after having served as the Senior Managing Administrator for a large pain management facility in North Miami Beach, Florida.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Munroe currently oversees all human resources functions including benefits management and compliance with Federal and State labor laws, employee retention and ensuring the uniform application of human resource policies and procedures throughout the organization.
Ms. Munroe graduated from the College of Arts, Science and Technology in Jamaica with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and received her Certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and continues to be accredited for HR enrichment seminars such as High Impact Communication Skills for Women, Projecting a Positive Professional Image and Critical Thinking and Peak Performance in the Workplace. Ms. Munroe is currently being certified as an Employee Retention Specialist to ensure employee personal growth and career development. |
