Ms. Meehan performs due diligence for new clients and/or new state programs. Her significant experience enables Ms. Meehan to work with new clients to develop a systematic process to assure all required documents are prepared in strict accordance with state regulations and EnviroCap's underwriting standards. Ms. Meehan was formerly the owner of Environmental Management Assistance (EMA), a Tampa firm dedicated to the preparation and independent review of environmental clean-up reimbursement claims. Prior to EMA, Ms. Meehan had over 10 years direct experience in the petroleum clean-up reimbursement industry, including 5 years as the reimbursement manager for a large environmental consulting firm. In these prior capacities, Ms. Meehan was responsible for the preparation and review of over $80 million in UST remediation trust fund claims. |
