The agency has grown from 20 employees in a single office to 200+ employees in over five offices including Dallas, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Richmond. She's built and maintained some of the industry's longest-running and most productive client/agency relationships with leading marketers including Bank of America, PepsiCo, Hershey's, ESPN and Orbitz. Love also led the agency through the Omnicom acquisition 6 years ago.

Love is known as an innovator and industry leader within the retail/promotion community. TPN was the first national marketing services agency to implement Six Sigma principles to re-engineer business processes. Love recognized that Six Sigma strategies typically used to insure quality in manufacturing settings could drive creativity and efficiencies within an agency environment. This commitment to continuous improvement has yielded more business-building ideas and breakthrough creative for all TPN clients.

She has more than 19 years of experience at TPN across a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Account-Specific Marketing, Luxury Goods, Retail, Sports Marketing, Spirits and Cable Marketing/Business to Business.

Love has a B.A. in political science and English from the University of North Texas. Love is actively involved in several community organizations including the Central Park Conservancy, the Women's Sports Foundation, the Chamber Dance Project and the Connecticut Public Library.
