Ms. Porcellio is a past chair of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association. Her experience includes handling complex state and federal court litigation, participating in and conducting mediations and other forms of ADR, and counseling businesses, political subdivisions, professionals and public officials on issues relating to business disputes, contract claims, employment practices, toxic torts, trade secrets, civil rights and other Constitutional matters, insurance coverage, risk management and record retention, including electronic documents. She also is a frequent lecturer at CLE and other programs.
