Sharon Faltemier was appointed DTS Senior Vice President Human Resources in 2006. She is responsible for company-wide Human Resources including employee development recruitment operations and benefits.
Sharon’s background reflects broad personal experience in a variety of technical and leadership positions and corporate settings. These include human resources administration operations management information technology product development manufacturing sales distribution facilities management communications labor relations and environment health and safety for companies such as Capstone Turbine Corporation Northrop Grumman Inc. Boeing Company Raychem Corporation (now Tyco) and Proctor & Gamble. Her human resource accomplishments reflect a well-earned reputation for attracting and retaining key technical and managerial talent in a number of hotly contested personnel markets and the development of qualified and highly motivated support and administrative staff.
She has a B.S. in engineering from the University of California Berkeley and advanced human resources certificates from the University of Southern California and the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Sharon has also attended executive programs at both Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. |
