Sharon Ormond is an associate in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. She represents California public sector employers in all aspects of labor relations and personnel matters, including employee discipline, unfair practice charges, and investigation or defense of discrimination and harassment claims. She also represents California public school districts and community college districts in general areas of education law, including student discipline and special education. Ms. Ormond was admitted to practice law in California in 1998 and is a member of the U.S. District Court, Central District, U.S. Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit and the State Bar of California. Ms. Ormond was a lead articles editor with the Whittier Law Review while in law school. She is a contributor to the firm’s many publications. |
