Sharon Stuckmayer has more than 25 years of legal experience. Twenty-three of those years have been spent in the corporate group at Faegre & Benson. Sharon also spent two-years in house in the legal department of a publicly held company. Sharon’s practice encompasses a variety of transactional areas including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization and management, and emerging companies.
