Ms. Collins heads Bridger's securitization and closing groups. She has over 25 years of commercial mortgage lending experience. Prior to joining Bridger, Ms. Collins was Vice President with Bank of America and Wells Fargo, where she held numerous management positions within their Commercial Real Estate divisions. Earlier, Ms. Collins held an asset management position with the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation and was responsible for the liquidation and disposition of over $500 million in commercial mortgages acquired through the closure of financial institutions. Ms. Collins is active in industry groups including the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association. |
