Ms. Breuer specializes in performance improvement and net revenue management in the healthcare setting. With over twelve years of experience in the healthcare industry, Shari has extensive consulting experience in hospital revenue/reimbursement management programs in a leadership role serving hospitals and health systems.

Her expertise is managing programs focusing on net revenue improvements for healthcare. Such programs include implementing processes for improving accuracy of medical record documentation and promoting hospital data integrity, thereby reflecting accurate quality indicators/ratings. Ms. Breuer has also significant healthcare industry experience, most notably in hospital operations and finance, managed care contracting, and physician practice/IPA network development. She is highly skilled in building strategic and operating plans among hospital leadership, corporate executives, physicians, and staff.

Ms. Breuer brings a unique blend of significant hospital/health system management experience and consulting experience having worked with over fifty various healthcare providers (hospitals, health systems, physician groups, physician practice management companies, and managed care organizations) over her career in the industry.

Prior to joining The Claro Group, Shari was a Senior Manager at BearingPoint, Inc. with the West Coast Healthcare team and prior to that, was a Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP in the West Coast Healthcare Revenue Management practice. Before her consulting career began in 2000, Shari worked for Catholic Healthcare West and other healthcare organizations serving in various management capacities.

Ms. Breuer received her Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) Degree from the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a Healthcare emphasis from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
