Ms. Kapek serves as our Vice President, Financial Analysis. Ms. Kapek is a member of the senior management team for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and has held a number of positions since joining our company in 1975 including Manager of Residential Real Estate Services from 1979 through 1997. She was appointed Vice President in 1988. From 1997 to 2002 Ms. Kapek carried the title Vice President, Financial Reporting. In this capacity, she directed the financial reporting transition to a public company and oversaw accounting and cash management functions. In 2002 Ms. Kapek assumed her current position of Vice President, Financial Analysis in which she directs the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions for all company divisions. |
