Ms. Clougherty received her J.D. degree in June of 2001 from Duquesne University School of Law. While in Law School, she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review, and served as an intern for the Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Aid Society. Ms. Clougherty focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and tort litigation. Prior to joining Picadio Sneath Miller & Norton, P.C., Ms. Clougherty was an associate at a mid-size Pittsburgh law firm, where she practiced commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction contracts and surety law. She is licensed in Pennsylvania.
