Shannan E. Noe is an associate with Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., and a member of the Litigation Section. She engages primarily in the representation of clients in toxic tort matters, particularly asbestos. Ms. Noe has also engaged in the defense of clients in product liability, insurance, and employment law cases. Ms. Noe has represented clients in disputes in both state and federal court and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She is also a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia Bar Associations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Noe served as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania State Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Noe graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 with a B.S. in Psychology and Business. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005, where she was a member of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. |
