Seymour Flug was President & CEO of the company from 1999 until his retirement in May 2003. He was previously Chairman and CEO of Diners Club International. Having sold Diners Club to Citibank in 1981, Mr. Flug also served as Managing Director of Citibank, responsible for its mergers and acquisitions activities. Prior to that he served as senior vice president of the Amerada Hess Corporation. Mr. Flug began his business career as a CPA with the firm of Deloitte & Touche. |
