Seth Salzman brings the vision, passion and talent he originally brought as third founder of Moe’s Southwest Grill to his role as senior vice president & brand leader of Boneheads Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken. Salzman is oversees all aspects and operations of the Boneheads brand and system and plays an active role in daily operations. He leads all areas of the Boneheads business including corporate strategy, marketing, finance, franchise support, training and customer service. Prior to Boneheads, Salzman was an executive of Moe’s Southwest Grill for five years where he was a critical leader in growing the brand to its current size and stature. In addition to running the original Moe’s location, he introduced many vital operational elements that are used in Moe’s restaurants across the country. As the brand grew, he transitioned into the role of Moe’s senior vice president and chief brand head and oversaw all departments to ensure excellence and efficiency. As he did with Moe’s, Salzman has worked to expand the Boneheads brand by making sure every element of the consumer experience from the menu to the music resonates with consumers. Restaurant veteran Salzman spent four years with Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza as their regional training manager, and three years with Steak & Ale Restaurants as a corporate senior manager. Salzman received a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He is currently involved with several charities including America’s Kitchen Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Program, World Children’s Center, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and others. Salzman lives in Atlanta with his wife Victoria. |
