Since 1983, Seth has been actively involved in valuations and other corporate finance matters. He has a broad depth of experience valuing common and preferred stock, debt, partnership interests, and intangible assets.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, Seth was a partner and the National Director of the Valuation Services Practice at BDO Seidman, LLP. Previously he was a Senior Manager at KPMG Peat Marwick in the Valuation Practice, and spent several years in industry as a financial analyst.
Seth has led a wide variety of valuation assignments, including those for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, restructuring and bankruptcy, tax and financial reporting, and strategic planning.
Seth has testified as an expert witness on Valuation and lectured on Valuation issues.
