Seth Janavitz is Mr. Rosenthal's partner and has extensive experience as a financial analyst. He joined Mr. Rosenthal after obtaining an MBA and working as an investment banker in New York City for the Avalon Group and American Capital Strategies' (a billion dollar public company specializing in mezzanine lending) Capital.com. At the Avalon Group, Mr. Janavitz worked on private placements and merger and acquisition engagements for airlines, manufacturing companies, national retailers and start-up internet companies. While at Capital.com, Mr. Janavitz worked on senior and cash flow debt facilities for middle-market companies. Prior to obtaining his MBA, Seth spent five years designing, building and developing a chain of retail coffee bars and stores which he sold to a large national chain. Mr. Janavitz has a BS from the Wharton School and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ralph K. Cox Paper Company, Inc. and resides in Pittsburgh, PA. |
