Mr. DuFort has served as president of Silicon Film Technologies, Inc., our subsidiary, since February,
2003 and as president of Voyager President upon the effectiveness of the merger in February, 2004. Mr. DuFort has extensive financial and insurance experience both on the institutional and retail sides of the business. He has held the position of managing director of a consulting firm that helps facilitate real estate transactions. Mr. DuFort was a consultant for Linsco Private Ledger (1999-2001), LaSalle St. (2001-2003). He is currently the managing director for Castle Hill Advisory Group, Ltd. (2003-present). |
