Sebastian recently advised a private equity fund in the sale of its majority stake in German real estate companies to a consortium of international investors,
a listed US company in the purchase of all shares in a German private industrial company,
a listed German company in the purchase of the majority stake in a Chilean salt producing company.
Sebastian also regularly advises international and domestic enterprises on all general aspects of German corporate and commercial law.
Before joining McDermott Sebastian was attorney in the corporate department of a leading international law firm.
