Sean Fallon is Versata’s Vice President of Finance and acting Chief Financial Officer. Sean is responsible for the global financial operations of Versata and brings extensive experience in corporate finance financial operations planning investing M&A and restructuring. Sean joined Trilogy in 1999 and has served in several financial leadership positions including Treasurer and Vice President of Internal Finance. During his tenure Sean’s leadership has been critical in executing Trilogy’s commitment to profitable and sustained growth.
Prior to joining Trilogy Sean served as Vice President of M&A for a NYSE financial services company. Previously Sean was a manager with Price Waterhouse where he specialized in business turnarounds and crisis management.
Sean holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting and Honors Business. Sean remains involved with the University of Texas and serves as an advisor to its business school. |
