Sean has more than ten years of Big Five consulting and Fortune 15 corporate experience, during which he has developed expertise in business strategy and process improvement and a solid track record for delivering tangible business results and achieving return on a wide range of high-profile business investments.

As West Monroe Partners’ US Labor Management practice leader, Sean oversees many of the company’s US-based labor management projects. In this capacity, he manages project teams and works with client executives to implement programs that improve core labor management processes and produce sustained value.
Sean's work has been recognized for its impact on business performance -- for example, by Cardinal Health for his role in the successful implementation of technology solutions and business processes for a new customer that resulted in significant revenue for Cardinal.
Sean was a principal of Mosaic Consulting LLC, which merged with West Monroe Partners in 2005. Prior to forming Mosaic Consulting, Sean served as a project office manager with Cardinal Health, a manager in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice, and a program manager with MicroAge Technology Services.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Miami University. He is a corporate board member and seminar chair for Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership, an organization devoted to helping young people make a difference and become positive catalysts for change in the home, school, workplace and community. |
