S. Sean Douglas became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in March 2003. Mr. Douglas also held the title of Senior Vice President of Finance, Operations and Administration of the Company from March 2002 to March 2003. From January 2000 to March 2002, Mr. Douglas held the title of Vice President and Controller of the Company. From November 1995 to January 2000 Mr. Douglas was the Company's accounting manager. |
